Wednesday Word: Brian Curry

We’re a couple weeks into the new year, and although I’m not one for making resolutions, I continue to strive to be the best I can be. I do have a goal of losing at least 10 pounds this year. I continue to work out 2 to 3 times a week and walk a few miles a week. With a busy schedule it’s sometimes challenging to keep those numbers up, and I fall short at times. But it is a goal that I started last year, and I continue working towards it. I have lost 5 pounds in the past couple months. Definitely progress. I just keep on truckin’ as they say.
