Farm Fest 2014!

Thank you Plano Heritage Farmstead Museum for having us out at Farm Fest 2014 this year! It was a chilly but beautiful morning and the crowd was great! We had our prize wheel and gave out plenty of KHYI tshirts, koozies and flyers for the kids and a couple of great new CDs to listeners.

Today’s event had mutton bustin, wagon rides, a stick horse rodeo, Victorian fencing lessons and so much more!

After our LIVE Remote Broadcast from 10-12, Zach Coffey took the stage but not before jumping on air with Chuck Taylor a few times! Austin Cunningham also performed at the Farm Fest later today!

Chuck Taylor had his very first taste of a venison bratwurst from our friends at Love & War in Texas who catered today’s event!

He and was also inspired by the Victorian Fencers to practice some of his old fencing moves from back in the day!

We had a blast and hope to see y’all at more KHYI Remote Broadcasts in the future!
