Joshua Jones / General Manager
Joshua Jones’s family has been in the broadcasting business for almost 60 years. He wrote his first radio commercial (actually used on air for a local dentist,) when he was 10 years old. One of the radio pioneers of the Americana format, Jones has been at the helm of KHYI for over 20 years. He also built, and continues to produce, the Texas Music Revolution, one of the largest self-produced radio station music festivals in the U.S.
Outside of work, he loves hanging out with his wife and 4 kids, three of which are triplets. True story. He loves traveling, reading, playing the guitar, and volunteering at his church in east Dallas. He is always up for a game of hoops. Always.
