“THE WHISKEY PROPHETS, delivering our very own blend of Texas Music.
A fusion of Texas Country, Red Dirt, Southern-Rock, Blues, and a little Texas-Funk are all incorporated into the unique soulful music of the Whiskey Prophets.

With lyrical themes stemming from love and loss to standing true to one’s convictions. Songwriting with purpose that makes it clear The Whiskey Prophets have a statement to make and their music is their platform.
The band is an equal parts ownership operation, with each bandmate believing in the long-term vision for the band. Each bandmate plays an integral part in the very synergy that sets the Whiskey Prophets apart from other artists on the scene.

The Whiskey Prophets is fronted by singer/songwriter Brad Roberson, who also plays acoustic guitar. Mike Norris (fondly known as “Hostile Mike”) pioneering the freight train energy with the driving rhythms from behind his drum kit. Jeremy Ailes on his warrior bass and back-up vocals. Matt Hinchey bending out melodies on the electric-lead and slide guitar.

The band released its first full-length CD titled “Regrets, Rehab, and a Refill” in the Spring of 2011.
The 2nd album “Recoil” was released on July 31st, 2014 and can be found here (https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/recoil/id904103001) Listen for the debut single from the Whiskey Prophets “My Love Ain’t Enough” coming Fall/Winter 2014.
The band has enjoyed regional success throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Plus, have also supported many established acts in the Texas Music scene such as, Brandon Jenkins, Cody Johnson, Whiskey Myers, Jesse Jennings, Brazos Stone and many more.
